A new study shows that by age 15, daily physical activity is down to approximately 50 minutes during the week, and 30 on weekends, which is a major drop from young kids, who are active about three hours a day. Do you have an active lifestyle?
Yes, I am often running around, or exercising, or just moving in some way.
No, I'm probably about average. Between schoolwork, after-school jobs, and trying to catch up with friends, it's impossible to find time to be active more than that.

Sister From Hell
My older sister is constantly insulting me lately. I'm starting to think I'm being emotionally abused. How do I make her stop?

— Rachel, 14, Portland, OR

You two could be experiencing typical sibling rivalry. Sisters will go through cycles of being closer and more distant-that's normal. Or your sister could have some sort of private problem that's causing her to be so mean to you. She could be fighting with her best friend, or stressing over one of her classes at school, or pining after some boy.

So instead of worrying about labels, like the term 'emotional abuse,' work on trying to communicate with your sister. Pick a time when you're calm, and explain to her exactly what is hurting you. Then try to find out what's happening in her mind. If she ignores you, involve your mom or dad. I understand that you might not want to rat her out, but sometimes a third party is needed to mediate this kind of stuff. Your parents, too, should know if your sister is unhappy.
