A new study shows that by age 15, daily physical activity is down to approximately 50 minutes during the week, and 30 on weekends, which is a major drop from young kids, who are active about three hours a day. Do you have an active lifestyle?
Yes, I am often running around, or exercising, or just moving in some way.
No, I'm probably about average. Between schoolwork, after-school jobs, and trying to catch up with friends, it's impossible to find time to be active more than that.

Flaky Skin
I have flaky skin on my feet and am too ashamed to take my shoes off. Make it go away!

You probably have athlete's foot, a fungus that is the most common (and contagious) teen foot affliction. Is the skin around your feet also blistery and smelly? Add two capfuls of white vinegar to a bucket of warm water and soak your feet 10 minutes a day for two weeks. At night, use an over-the-counter remedy such as Tinactin or Lotrimin, Also spray antiperspirant on your feet after showering. If the fungus sticks around, visit a podiatrist—she can prescribe stronger stuff.
