A new study shows that by age 15, daily physical activity is down to approximately 50 minutes during the week, and 30 on weekends, which is a major drop from young kids, who are active about three hours a day. Do you have an active lifestyle?
Yes, I am often running around, or exercising, or just moving in some way.
No, I'm probably about average. Between schoolwork, after-school jobs, and trying to catch up with friends, it's impossible to find time to be active more than that.

My Breasts Are Weird
My nipple goes in instead of sticking out. Can I get it fixed? I'm too mortified to go to the doctor.

Don't worry! Believe it or not, inverted nipples are totally common. Your milk ducts—the little tubes that connect milk-producing glands to your nipple—are probably short, which causes the nipple to stay poked in. Talk to your doctor about any of your body concerns. They see lots of breasts and will be able to tell you if your is normal (it probably is). As for getting it fixed, you'd have to go under the knife—plastic surgeons do a procedure that can make your nipple pop out.
