Summer's here, and you probably have all sorts of plans for how you'll spend your time. But will you look back on your vacation and realize you totally blew it? Take our quiz to see if you're destined to have a successful fitness routine or if you're setting yourself up to fail.

1.It's the day after finals, and you've been studying like crazy. How do you spend your first day of freedom?
 By taking it easy in the morning and then meeting up with some friends at the pool later in the day.
 By waking up at 5 a.m. and taking an aerobics class at the gym.
 You don't get out of bed except to order a pizza and go back to sleep.
2.What's the best part of going to the beach?
 Running on the sand, which burns lots of calories.
 Going to the boardwalk and splurging on all the junk food.
 Hanging out with friends and having fun.
3.What foods do you snack on during the summer?
 The same kind of stuff you eat the rest of the year. Fast food, mostly.
 Whatever you're in the mood for, but when it's warmer you definitely eat lots of yummy fresh fruit and salads, plus cool treats like popsicles.
 Lots of things, but you try to ingest as few calories as possible.
4.It's 100 degrees and there's an ozone alert outside. Weather forecasters are suggesting people stay indoors or at least take it easy during the middle of the day, but you had to help your mom with an errand and you didn't get to jog in the morning. What do you do?
 Go for a run at noon, even though you can barely breathe through all the smog.
 Take a day off, you don't want to hurt yourself. What's the point?
 Skip the run. In fact, you decide to skip it for the rest of the summer, just to be safe.
