The adorable Patrick Dempsey realizes too late that he's in love with his best friend, so in a plot to win her back, he pretends to be happy about her upcoming nuptuals and even agrees to be her "maid" of honor at her wedding so he can get very, very close to her.

Grey's Anatomy
