What's Hot This Week March 18, 2008
TV:
The Hills Season Premiere
Season three of the hot MTV series The Hills returns this week, with all-new drama from cast members you've grown to love (and in some cases, hate). None other than super-diva Mariah Carey will kick off the live premiere event in New York City, which will be hosted by Lauren, Whitney and Audrina. (There will be plenty more to see at www.hills.mtv.com, FYI.)
Music:
Charlotte Sometimes Charlotte Sometimes EP

But if you want to check out this singer/songwriter's music, you don't have to wait that long. Instead, pick up her self-titled EP, out this week, featuring three cool tracks that will have you yearning for more. Visit www.myspace.com/charlottesometimesmusic for details.
Beauty Blowout:
LaLicious Spring Sale
Beauty brand LaLicious is having a major sale on their most popular goodies 45% off of their Travel Sets (in seven different scents) and their Body Wash and Mitt Gift Set, too. Visit www.lalicious.com to pick up some of these yummy pampering products for yourself.
Book:
Reckless Road: Guns N' Roses and the Making of Appetite for Destruction by Marc Canter with Jason Porath. Published by Shoot Hip Press
If you've always wanted to know what really happens behind-the-scenes with a rock band, you'll want to pick up Reckless Road, which documents the rise of Guns N' Roses. Warning: this book is uncensored and unedited, so it's got some pretty wild stuff. It's available at www.recklessroad.com, along with cool footage that will make you feel like you were there, too.
DVD:
Enchanted
A fairy princess (Amy Adams) leaves the magical world of make-believe and lands in modern-day New York City (don't ask how, it's complicated) where she meets and falls for the handsome, adorable, but uh-uh, non-princely Patrick Dempsey.
Movie:
Drillbit Taylor
When three kids get bullied at their high school, they decide to hire a bodyguard to protect them. On a budget, the only guy they can afford is the flakey Owen Wilson, who may prove to be more trouble than he's worth in this cute comedy.
