What's Hot This Week
March 25, 2008
Digital-Only Album:
Kelly Rowland — Ms. Kelly: Diva Deluxe

Former Destiny's Child star Kelly Rowland releases a lively album with new songs as well as remixes of some of her past smashes, and you can only get it online. What can you expect? Something that will get you moving —Kelly says that "the tracks on Diva Deluxe are too hot to hold onto." Find out more at www.kellyrowland.com

On Tour:
Maroon 5 and Counting Crows

These two supergroups are hitting the road on a co-headlining summer tour, making more than 40 stops. Sara Bareilles and Augustana will each open on select dates. Cool fact: the bands will be green! They'll use biodiesel in all trucks as buses, as well as biodegradable and reusable catering products along with local and organic food backstage. The tickets go on sale April 4, and will undoubtedly sell out quickly, so get ready!

Music:
Panic at the Disco — Pretty. Odd.

With all new punctuation (missing exclamation point, periods in the album name) Panic at the Disco are back with a cool new album, featuring a more sophisticated sound. There are plenty of hints of the '60s to be found, which is no surprise, since the group says that The Beach Boys, Bob Dylan, and The Beatles are major influences.

Movie:
Run Fatboy Run

Former Friends star David Schwimmer directs this romantic flick about a guy who will do anything to win back the woman he dumped at the altar, including run a marathon even though he's never laced up a pair of sneakers and hit the trail in his life.

TV:
Who Cares About Girls: Sex Workers or Victims?

On Sunday night, Oxygen will air this harrowing documentary from Lisa Ling, which looks at the brutal lives of teen prostitutes, who often are treated as criminals rather than the sexually exploited children they are. Visit http://www.oxygen.com/icare/ to find out more.
