High-waisted, flared jeans (think '70s-style) is a huge trend, with celebs like Hilary Duff, Keira Knightley and Rachel Bilson seen wearing the look. Do you think they look cute?
Yes, I love them. They're really flattering and don't show half your butt when you bend over, either.
No, I like a more traditional leg, like boot cut or straight leg jeans.

July Fashion News
Two cool ways to look good and do good; exercise clothing you'll wear anytime; and a new line from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
Charity and Fashion: It's in the Bag!
A few years ago, a former Hollywood exec left the industry to open the Cambodian Children's Fund (CCF) Phnom Penh to aid the poorest children of Cambodia. Now there are three of these facilities in Cambodia, which provide homes, as well as schooling, language and computer skills and more. One very cool thing that some of the young women at the centers have been doing is created gorgeous fashion, like these Recycled Cambodian Rice Bags (shown), which are recycled plastic-covered bags made out of rice sacks. Wendy Freedman, fashionable owner of the trendy West Hollywood shop Polkadots and Moonbeams fell in love with the bags. While they're obviously adorable and stylish (as well as eco-friendly), she also liked them because she saw them as a way to help people in need. She sells each bag for $44 at her store (or online at www.polkadotsandmoonbeams.com), and donates 50% of the profits from Cambodian Rice Bags to the CCF.
Bracelets for Peace
Another gorgeous product that does good is Brighton's Peace Bracelet, which features eight different charms with messages including: "Teach peace," "Peace starts within," and "Be the change you wish to see in the world." When you buy one, Brighton will donate $5 from the $50 bracelet to one of four worthy charities: Seeds of Peace, which gives young leaders from regions of conflict leadership skills; Women for Women International, which gives women in war-torn regions aid and education; USA Cares, an organization that supports the military and their families; and Action Against Hunger, which has programs in more than 40 countries to help end hunger and make other positive changes. The limited-edition Peace Bracelets are only available July 1 through July 31 at Brighton stores and participating Brighton retailers nationwide. Go to www.brighton.com to find out more.
Exercise Gear for Anytime
At our local yoga studio, we noticed that a new line of clothing was flying off the shelves. When we investigated, we discovered why. The be present line of modern, stylish yoga wear is flattering, well-constructed, and definitely not blah or boring. We particularly like the label's cute Bamboo Halter Shirt, which fastens around your neck, and the cute knee-length Island Short, which makes us feel like we're lounging on a tropical beach even if we're just lazing around the house. Go to www.bepresent.com to check out more.
New from Mary-Kate and Ashley
Fashion icons and business masterminds Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are planning on launching a new sportswear line this fall, named Elizabeth and James, after their siblings. This is just after the launch of The Row, the twins' high-end line that's sold at stores like Barneys New York. According to an article on WWD.com, Mary-Kate explained that their goal for Elizabeth and James was that they "wanted it to be based on a relationship between a young girl and a boy and tell the story through the clothing." Her sister Ashley said there are elements of menswear in the line, which plays off some of their own tastes and style as well.
